Annapolis is known as a drinking town with a sailing problem. I like to tell visitors it’s the perfect mix of big and small — small enough that you know people wherever you go and big enough to have a great social scene.
We’ve got great restaurants, phenomenal live music and plenty of places to enjoy an adult beverage or two.
Within Annapolis, Eastport is known for its dining, and drinking, scene. From the neighborhood pub (Davis’) to the neighborhood wine bar-café (Vin 909), from the steaks (Lewnes) to the cakes (Carrol’s Creek), from the carryout (Wild Country) to the hangout (Boatyard), and everywhere in between (O’Leary’s, Chart House, Baker’s and Co., Ruth’s Chris, Leeward, Harbor Deli, Adam’s Ribs, Eastport Deli, Palate Pleasers), Eastport offers something for everyone.
As of this past weekend, that something became even more when Blackwall Hitch opened its doors.
